What NotShot does specifically for shorts

• Inseam length is judge-checked — a 5-inch inseam doesn't ship as a 9-inch, and a 9-inch doesn't ship as Bermuda.
• Waistband detail (elastic, drawstring, button-fly, belt loops) follows the source flat-lay.
• Top swap is preserved by default — the model's existing top stays put. Only the legs change.
• Pocket geometry (front slash, cargo, back patch) is rubric'd against the source flat-lay.

Model framing requirement

Model photo MUST be framed head-to-feet. Anything tighter is auto-rejected at upload (the renderer preserves model image dimensions exactly; cropped input = cropped output).

What the judge checks

Inseam length, waistband treatment, pocket geometry, fabric drape consistency with the source flat-lay, top-preservation.
